Key responsibilities: • Maintain a high standard of support to the King's Mill and Newark Hospital patient pathway • Audio typing of clinical letters, operation notes and discharge summaries as directed by the Patient Pathway Co-ordinator • Prompt tracking in and out of case notes using the PAS system to maintain accuracy and completeness of all electronic records • Deal with telephone enquiries from patients, relatives, clinicians and other members of Trust The work is fast-paced and challenging but very rewarding.
